Senior Faculty Leadership

The National Center of Leadership in Academic Medicine (NCLAM) Leadership Council is a comprised of senior faculty members with significant experience in research and administration and have broad knowledge of various divisions, departments, and Schools within Health Sciences. They facilitate understanding the importance of this program to the growth of junior faculty by communicating the progress of NCLAM back to Health Sciences. In addition, two specific tasks include (1) selection of the junior faculty participants for each class and (2) mentorship matching of the junior faculty with senior mentors.
