Office Highlights

Congratulations to Dr. JoAnn Trejo! The American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB) has named Dr. Trejo as the 2020 recipient of the Prize for Excellence in Inclusivity.  Read more here.

Health Sciences Office of Faculty Affairs new publication Wingard et. al.  "Faculty Equity, Diversity, Culture and Climate Change in Academic Medicine: A Longitudinal Study" in J. Natl. Med Assoc. Jun 2018. The authors report data-driven policy and programmatic interventions that were associated with increased faculty diversity, equity, respectful behavior and improved faculty climate at UC San Diego Health Sciences.
