Connects highly knowledgeable and skilled mentors with motivated and diverse mentees, ranging from undergraduate students to early-career faculty, and facilitate long-term, culturally responsive interactions between them.

The Fairplay Game
Provides players with the opportunity for counterstereotypic imaging/perspective taking. Players take the perspective of Jamal Davis, a Black graduate student on his way to becoming a renowned professor.

National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD)
Provides online access to mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy. Focuses on helping academics achieve extraordinary writing and research productivity while maintaining a full and healthy life off campus. UC San Diego is an institutional member of NCFDD.
