Continuing Professional Development
We host and offer opportunities for those in the medical field to maintain competence and learn about new and developing areas in specific medical fields.
Simulation Training Center
The Simulation Training Center (STC) supports professional development and patient safety by providing opportunities for the learning and practice of procedural skills with the use of high-fidelity patient simulators (manikins), and partial task trainers.
Dean's Office
Barbara Jung, MD, is associate vice chancellor and dean of UC San Diego School of Medicine. In this role, she leads the school's efforts in training the next generation of health care professionals, improving health outcomes and discovering the next biomedical breakthrough through innovative research.

Room Scheduling
Room scheduling is now managed by the Division of Medical Education's business office. Online room scheduling is available for spaces in School of Medicine, Jacobs Medical Center in La Jolla and UC San Diego Medical Center in Hillcrest.
