Campus-Based Loan Information and Master Promissory Notes (MPN)

If you borrow a Campus-Based Loan, you will be notified via the loan servicer ECSI to view and electronically sign the Master Promissory Note. Below is information about the ECSI and Campus-Based Loan process:

 

Submit your forms as a hard copy with wet signature to:

Federal Direct Loan Request Form

Students who would like to request additional Direct Loans may complete the form below and submit it through their Health Sciences Forms Portal Account.

Tritonlink Hold Forms

The following forms only apply to students with corresponding holds placed on their TritonLink accounts. All forms must be hand signed, but may be emailed to somfinaid@health.ucsd.edu or faxed to 858-534-1513.
