To apply for a Radiation Oncology residency position, you must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) . If you are graduating or have graduated from a U.S. Medical School, you must contact your medical school’s student affairs office or other designated dean’s office. Your dean’s office will provide you with the information and the software for ERAS.

Our program participates in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP) match. We adhere to the policies of the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). For a complete description of the matching process and important registration deadlines, visit www.nrmp.org .
Applications will be reviewed and interview candidates will be selected by our Faculty Resident Selection Committee. Interviews are by invitation only and are sent through the ERAS post office via email to the applicant’s email address as indicated on the ERAS application. Applicants who have not met our requirements will be notified by email through the ERAS post office email system.
Interviews will take place on:Friday December 10, 2021 Friday January 14, 2022 Friday January 28, 2022
All interviews will be virtual held over Zoom.

Pursuant to National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) regulations, please view the following documents provided by our Office of Graduate Medical Education. If you match into the UC San Diego Radiation Oncology Residency Program through the NRMP, you will be required to complete and sign these documents.
