Lease Programs

There are two ways to pay for a leased space, if you are on a grant:

  1. Direct Expense - The cost of the lease and all associated expenses are included in your grant proposal and the grant has the off-campus rate 26% IDC assessed.
  2. Indirect Cost Expense- The cost of the lease is not included in the grant proposal direct cost and the the grant IDC runs at the full on-campus rate.
