UC San Diego Health Sciences occupies approximately 45 lease spaces, with about 320,000 square feet of space, across San Diego.
There are two ways to pay for a leased space, if you are on a grant:
- Direct Expense - The cost of the lease and all associated expenses are included in your grant proposal and the grant has the off-campus rate 26% IDC assessed.
- Lease Plan - The cost of the lease is not included in the grant proposal and the grant has the full 55% IDC assessed.
