The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) coordinates complex faculty issues with Health Sciences and several Campus Offices to facilitate faculty compliance equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Center for Executive Education
​The Rady School of Management offers a number of programs for working professionals. 
  • Career development courses that develop and hone skills necessary for leadership and business successes

  • Elevate Certificate Series  which are strategic, adaptive, dynamic leadership courses

Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) works to ensure that the campus community is one of equal opportunity, where mutual respect and cross-cultural collaboration is fostered and open dialogue is encouraged. Office of Research Affairs

UC Office of the President and UC San Diego Postdoctoral Fellowship Programs

UC President's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (PPFP) 
​Established in 1984 to encourage outstanding women and minority PhD recipients to pursue academic careers at University of California. The current program offers postdoctoral research fellowships, professional development and faculty mentoring to outstanding scholars in all fields whose research, teaching, and service will contribute to diversity and equal opportunity at UC. PPFP fellows provide a pipeline for faculty recruitment.
Chancellor's Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (CPFP)
​Offers postdoctoral research fellowships and mentoring to promising scholars whose research, teaching, and service will contribute to diversity and equal opportunity at the University of California. CPFP fellows provide a pipeline for faculty recruitment.
UC San Diego Institutional Research and Academic Career Development Award (IRACDA) Program
This NIH/NIGMS-sponsored postdoctoral training is a three year program of mentored, postdoctoral research experience in the biomedical sciences at UC San Diego. The program provides training in research, teaching, and other critical skills that are needed to conduct high quality research and pursue an independent research and teaching career in an academic environment. IRACDA fellows provide an important pipeline for faculty recruitment.
