The Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) uses various methods to collect faculty data to assess climate, demographics, salary equity, retention, and recruitment. These analyses are conducted regularly and enable comparisons. The results of our analyses then informs actionable steps and recommendations. We conduct the following work:
