Dr. Mansy is a professor in the Division of Radiation Oncology and the Vice Chair of Regional Practices, overseeing our treatment facilities in 4S Ranch, South Bay and El Centro. She was recruited to UC San Diego in 2011.​

An experienced Radiation Oncologist, she has been named a Top Doctor by the San Diego Magazine multiple times. She is an active member of the RMAS Breast Cancer and Gynecologic Cancer Treatment Teams and oversees the treatment of patients with these malignancies at the South Bay Center. She has considerable experience with brachytherapy in patients with gynecologic malignancies including cervical and uterine cancers. Liaison Director with Kaiser Permanente San Diego, she serves on multiple Kaiser Permanente Cancer Committees and is involved with UC San Diego Medical School, serving as a member of the Recruitment and Admissions Committee.

Dr. Mansy is also involved with numerous regional and national organizations. In past years, she has served on the Leadership Council of the American Cancer Society. She is on the Membership Committee of the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO) and oversees the Path to Fellowship Subcommittee. She was named an ACRO Fellow in 2019.
