Our Lab

The Stress and Neuroimaging Lab is a group of University- and VA-affiliated clinicians and researchers striving to understand the nature and treatment of mood/anxiety disorders, pain disorders, and traumatic brain injury with the goal of advancing clinical practices.

We may have a number of clinical research studies underway at any point in time. These studies require participants with and without the disorders or conditions mentioned above who are interested in being a part of research. Participation in a study is likely to involve completing questionnaires, interviews, or neuropsychological testing, giving a blood sample, or participating in an fMRI or MRI scan. Some studies occur concurrently with treatment. Studies are primarily funded by the federal government, including the National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense, and Veterans Administration.

Please contact us if you would like additional information about our work or current studies.
