Daily Cognitive Activities and Cognitive Performance
It's been reported that people who engage in mentally stimulating activities score better on tests of cognitive performance, in controlled environments such as in labs or clinics. However, a recent 2020 study by Dr. Moore looks at these relationships in real-time.
