Dr. Corsello is a licensed clinical psychologist and has worked at Rady Children’s since 2005. She is the Clinical Director and Manager at the Autism Discovery Institute (ADI) and Developmental Evaluation Clinic (DEC). She specializes in the diagnosis and assessment of autism spectrum disorders. She has published training guides on a widely used standardized diagnostic measure, the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2), and has trained professionals worldwide on the use of this measure. Christina has also authored several peer-reviewed publications and book chapters focused on diagnostic measures and assessment. She serves as a consultant on several grants requiring expertise on the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders.
ADI conducts advanced research on autism spectrum disorders and provides comprehensive services, including diagnostic evaluations, behavioral intervention, social skills groups, behavioral/school consultations, and parent training. Practicum students will administer diagnostic and cognitive assessments and provide family and group treatments using evidence-based behavioral and developmental interventions for ASD. Training experiences include individual and group supervision as well as attendance at the monthly RCHSD ADI Seminar Series and other clinical trainings offered through ADI.
DEC specializes in developmental, behavioral, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations for young children.

REACH Project: Relating genes to Adolescent and Child mental health
Investigating the genetic causes of neurodevelopmental conditions and seeking an improved understanding of the effects of certain genetic variants on the brain.
