Welcome to the UC San Diego Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Program

Advanced training in geriatric psychiatry

First established in 1987, we are dedicated training leaders in the field of geriatric psychiatry. Our one-year, ACGME accredited fellowship provides trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful and rewarding career as geriatric psychiatrists in a supportive and collegial setting.

 

About the Program

Our fellowship is intended for psychiatrists who wish to pursue advanced training in the mental healthcare of older adults with psychiatric and neurodegenerative illnesses.
