We are looking for highly motivated candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, has an MD and/or PhD, with a strong background in immunology, cell and molecular biology. Experience with mice, FACS and/or RNAseq are preferred.
The position focus on the study of the role of macrophages in tissue repair. The laboratory uses a combination of flow cytometry analysis, RNAseq, immunofluorescence and in vitro assays to characterize macrophage subpopulations involved in the rescue of degenerative tissues after transplantation of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in murine models of genetic disorders.
