Peer Support Program

​The UCSD Department of Pediatrics Connecting Conversations program offers peer-to-peer support for UCSD/RCHSD Pediatrics faculty and academic staff who may be dealing with stress or personal or professional challenges. Peer Supporters, trained in best practices for communication, facilitate these off-the-record, informal conversations that are meant to provide a sympathetic ear, provide guidance and possible referral to local resources. If you need to talk, Connecting Conversations Peer Supporters will listen and it is all confidential.
