Yingxing (Linda) Li
I received my undergraduate degree with highest distinction at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in biochemistry and minoring in chemistry. After graduation, I have had the opportunity to work as a Research Technologist for a year in the laboratory for Tissue Repair and Regenerative Surgery at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine
Currently, I'm a graduate student in the Biomedical Sciences program at UC San Diego. As a PhD candidate in the Liu Lab, I'm interested in how S. aureus infection affects the host immune memory and how S. aureus colonizes on the host.
