Yi Hui Liu is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Academic General Pediatrics, Child Development, and Community Health. Dr. Liu is a developmental-behavioral pediatrician who evaluates, treats, and coordinates care for children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental delays and disabilities, learning disorders, and behavioral and mental health concerns. Dr. Liu believes that all individuals and their families deserve the support and opportunity to optimize their well-being, learning, and function. Dr. Liu is the Medical Director of the University of California San Diego Developmental-Behavioral Pediatric Clinic. She also serves as a developmental-behavioral pediatric consultant for the San Diego Regional Center and the University of California San Diego Early Childhood Education Center. As the Associate Director of the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship and the Director of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Residency Training, Dr. Liu instructs fellows, residents and medical students at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine.
