Administrative Team

Priscilla Mendoza, Executive Assistant 

Ms. Mendoza joined the Movement Disorder Center in September of 2015. She provides administrative support to Dr. Irene Litvan, MD professor of Neurosciences, Director of the Center and program staff. Ms. Mendoza has 10 years of experience in healthcare, previously working as an Administrative Associate in Pediatric Department of Rheumatology at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego.

Lisa Damron, Program Coordinator 

Ms. Damron joined the center in October 2017 supporting Dr. Litvan's clinic and research efforts. She earned a masters degree in gerontology from San Diego, State University and is a certified care manager. Lisa has worked in the geriatric medicine for the past seven years fulfilling her passion of supporting individuals as they age.

Lindsey Vernengo, Clinical Coordinator

Lindsey recently joined the Movement Disorders Center in May of 2019. She earned her master's degree in public health from San Diego State University, completing her thesis research on Alzheimer's disease, with mentorship from UCSD's ADRC. Lindsey facilitates the clinical needs of patients treated by our specialists to support their continuity of care. With over six years of healthcare experience, her passion is to serve individuals affected by neurological disorders. She also enjoys fitness activities, weekend travels, and is certified as a yoga instructor.
