Community Mobilization and HIV/STI Epidemiology of Female Sex Workers (FSWs) in Mexico

Mujeres Unidas (“Women United”) explores community mobilization (organizing around health and human rights) and the role of substance use among FSWs in Tijuana, Mexico, via interviews with FSWs and advocates/community workers. Mujeres Unidas will also determine the prevalence of community mobilization participation and its associations with reduced substance use, violence, HIV/STI prevalence and sexual risk behaviors among FSWs.
