Health Outcomes Management Software

The Health Outcomes Management System (HOMS) is a secure, integrated web-based system for managing and tracking a wide range of health outcomes. Developed and maintained by a team of clinicians and health outcomes researchers at the University of California, San Diego Health Services Research Center (HSRC), HOMS can be used in a variety of settings, from single office environments to large, multi-site health systems engaged in medical practice, clinical research, or program evaluation and quality improvement.
