Frances Reyes, MA

Program Evaluation Specialist

Ms. Reyes earned her Master's degree in Psychology with a co-concentration in Applied Developmental Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University. As a Program Evaluation Specialist at HSRC, she has worked as the project manager for the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) Toolkit for Evaluation, Assessment, and Measurement. Ms. Reyes currently contributes to a variety of projects including San Diego County Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) and the Suicide Prevention Council (SPC) program evaluations. Prior to her position at HSRC, Ms. Reyes has worked as an Internal Program Evaluator at the nonprofit organization, Volunteers of America Greater Los Angeles, where she conducted evaluation activities for a variety of programs including those serving veterans, children, transition age youth, and individuals with substance use disorders.
