  • Computer systems, computer networking, databases, and virualization as applied to large scale data processing.
  • Homomorphic Encryption and its implications in the protection of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and in the availability of data for research.
  • Bacterial Genomics and Unique Host-Pathogen Interactions.
