Registration Fee Includes:

- NextGen - for Students, Postdocs, Fellows only
The Dinner Cruise is included in your registration fee. Cruise tickets are not transferrable.
Guests are welcome on the Dinner Cruise for the following fees: Cruise Guest: $95; Trainee Cruise Guest: $65. Please include guest information with your registration or to add a guest later, email email@example.com.
The Dinner Cruise is an extension of the scientific meeting, therefore children are
discouraged from attending. Children under the age of 13 are
not allowed. Children over the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult
at all times.
Students, Fellows and Postdocs are encouraged to bring a poster to SDGS. Please indicate your intention to present a poster on the registration form. We cannot accommodate posters larger than 4 ft x 4 ft.
Job Bulletin Board
The San Diego Glycobiology Symposium (SDGS) provides an environment where young investigators can network with other researchers, exchange ideas and discuss potential career training opportunities. There will be a poster board at the SDGS in the meeting room for you to advertise current Scientist, Postdoctoral, Graduate or Undergraduate student job opportunities in your lab. If you have a job announcement you’d like to advertise, please print it out and bring it with you to post on the board during the symposium. Alternatively, you can send your job announcement to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, March 16th and we will print it out and post it for you on the board.
Terms & Conditions
Please note that your registration is complete only once we've received your completed registration form and full payment. To take advantage of the early bird registration rate, please register and submit payment no later than TBD.
Address checks to "UC Regents." Payment via Wire or Electronic Transfer and Intercampus Recharge within the UC System are also accepted.
We regret that we cannot accept credit card payment.
Payment should be postmarked by the early registration date to avoid a $25 late registration fee. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. Cancellation notifications must be received by February 26, 2020 to receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after this date will forfeit the registration fee in its entirety.
Attendees are urged to secure valuables or take them to their hotel rooms. The San Diego Glycobiology Symposium and Glycobiology Research and Training Center are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina and conference organizers shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid.
