The IS Hub has three main goals: 1) to refine and implement a consultation and technical assistance program tailored to the needs and preferences of EHE projects that consists of coaching and training on IS designs, frameworks, strategies, measures, outcomes, and community-academic partnerships. 2) Refine and implement a multi-modal process for coordination between the ISC3I and the IS Hub to facilitate translation of local knowledge to generalizable knowledge. 3) Conduct a mixed-method evaluation of the impact of the IS Hub on proximal EHE project and Hub outcomes (e.g., increased HIV investigator knowledge of IS methods; advancement of IS methods and tools; strengthened stakeholder engagement) and identify indicators of hub sustainment. Conduct a cross-Hub multisite pilot implementation research project.
