Track It Introduction
Track it is the system that all CTRI employees will be using to submit a a ticket to our IT team for any Help Desk Support, Network Support and Website Related Issues.

How to get Started
Click on submit a ticket on the Information Technology page
- First time using the system: log in using your AD user name and initial password: "changeme" (without the " ")
- You will be prompted to change your password (Make sure you use this password every time you log in next time)
- Fill out all if the information on the form than hit the submit button
