Track it is the system that all CTRI employees will be using to submit a a ticket to our IT team for any Help Desk Support, Network Support and Website Related Issues.

How to get Started

Click on submit a ticket on the Information Technology page

  1. First time using the system: log in using your AD user name and initial password: "changeme" (without the " ")
  2. You will be prompted to change your password (Make sure you use this password every time you log in next time)
  3. Fill out all if the information on the form than hit the submit button
