Students, Fellows and Postdocs are encouraged to bring a poster to SDGS. Please indicate on the registration form your intention to present a poster. Abstract Posters must not exceed 4 ft x 4 ft.

Please note that registration can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and receipt of full payment.
The Dinner Cruise is an extension of the scientific meeting, therefore children are greatly discouraged from attending the cruise. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed. Children over the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Address checks to "UC Regents." Payment via Intercampus Recharge within the UC System is accepted.
Payment should be post-marked by January 25, 2018 to avoid a $25 late registration fee. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Written notification is required for all cancellations and changes. Cancellation notifications must be received by February 22, 2017 to receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations received after this date will forfeit the registration fee in its entirety.
Attendees are urged to secure valuables or take them to their hotel rooms. The Glycobiology Symposium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina and conference organizers shall act as mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid.
