| Compliance for UC San Diego Health Sciences (HIPAA) Requirements | August 20th | You will need to complete a 2019 UCSD Health Annual Compliance Education (HIPAA compliance) training module via the online UCSD Learning Center website. In order to have access to the module, you will first need to activate your UC Learning Center website to account by simply logging in to their website.
- Go to
https://uclearning.ucsd.edu/
- Locate the "Sign on with:" pull down menu, then select "Active Directory"
- Use your Active Directory (AD) credentials to login into the system. ("Username" would be the first part of your UCSD email address … for instance, if your email address is "medstudent18@ucsd.edu, then your username would be "medstudent18")
Once your account is activated, the Learning Center Staff can then assign the module to your account. To assist with this process, please email myhscourses@ucsd.edu to let them know that your account is active and request the 2019 UCSD Health Annual Compliance Education module be assigned to you. The UC Learning Center cannot assign the module to you until your account has been activated. Once the module has been assigned to you, you should receive an email with a link to the module. Alternately, it should appear in the "Assigned Training" section on your Learning Center Home Screen.
