• Before booking the Hillcrest Auditorium Hallway or the Thornton Courtyard, you first need approval from the Fire Marshal.
• Contact Facilities Engineering at (619) 543-3481 to request their special form.
• After approved, you can contact Health Sciences Room Scheduling to book those spaces.
