*Please Note: ALL participants are required to agree to terms of release lab form in order to participate in the cadaver labs.
Registration fees include course materials, a lab manual, welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Aquarium.
Deposit: In order to reserve a spot in the full course, you must send your registration and a partial payment of $1,200. Early bird registrants must pay full balance by June 15, 2022 or registration fee will change to late fee.
Payment Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Wire or UC Recharge only
Wire Transfers: If you plan on processing a wire transfer to cover your registration fees, please email our CME Administrator, Carissa Aguayo at caguayo@health.ucsd.edu, directly to start the process.
Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $200 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before July 15, 2022. On or after July 16, 2022, the tuition is refundable less a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds will be allowed after August 1, 2022.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego and Scripps are responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
Special Needs: Advance notice of special needs is requested at least two (2) weeks prior to the activity start date. Contact Maureen Helinski Clarke to submit your request.
Online Registration Deadline is July 28, 2022.
You will need to bring the following instruments to the anatomy lab:
- Scalpel handle
- Forceps
- Scissors (tissue and suture)
- Probe
- Needle holder
- Magnification loops (optional)
- It is recommended that participants bring surgical scrubs
- Any other items you feel you may need
UCSD CME will supply gloves, suture, blades, protective goggles, aprons and masks.*A limited number of instruments will be available on loan.
