Payment Accepted: Checks, Credit Card, Wire or UC Recharge only

Checks must be in US dollars, drawn on a US bank and made payable to UC REGENTS. Checks must be received before the start of the program. 

Note: Please mail check payments no later than October 11, 2022 to ensure that we receive your payment in time.

Wire Transfers: If you plan on processing a wire transfer to cover your registration fees, please email our CME Administrator, Carissa Aguayo at caguayo@health.ucsd.edu, directly to start the process.

Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before October 20, 2022. No refunds will be allowed after this date.

In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee.

COVID-19 Health & Safety
We are taking safety at our events seriously, and follow local, state, and federal guidelines related to COVID-19 protocols to ensure the wellbeing of attendees and staff.  Attendees should be prepared to wear face masks, practice proper distancing and hand hygiene while attending the conference.  We strongly encourage vaccination to minimize the risk for all in attendance.
