Covid-19 Health & Safety

We follow state and local guidelines and protocols related to COVID-19 safety measures. Due to the high risk for transmission in indoor settings, attendees will be required to wear a facemask, regardless of vaccination status. An N95 mask is strongly advised for the conference room, or at a minimum, a three-ply cloth mask, because duration of exposure is such an important variable with COVID. Individuals who fail to comply will not be able to participate. In such a situation, no refunds of registration fees or other venue/travel related expenses will be provided.

A key method to reduce transmission at both indoor and outdoor events is to verify that attendees are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We expect all attendees of this educational activity to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to have had an MRNA vaccine booster. All attendees should be prepared to provide evidence of vaccination status at onsite registration.

We are leaving an open seat between participants in the conference room, and we will have the windows open in the exhibit/break area in the conference room foyer. If as the time of the meeting approaches the pandemic has reached very low levels, any of the above measures may be relaxed, such as the spacing in the conference room and the requirement for masking in the exhibit/break area. Any changes of COVID restrictions will be updated on our conference website.
