As an exhibitor, your company or organization will be acknowledged in
the handout materials and will receive access to the digital course
syllabus.
Additional Exhibitor Opportunities - $4,000
Host a Lunch or Dinner on-site. From your client list, invite a
select group of attendees to attend a lunch on Friday from 12:00 – 1:00
pm, or a dinner Thursday evening after the reception. Fee does not
include catering costs, service charges or AV expenses associated with
your hosted event. All arrangements to be made directly with the hotel.
UC San Diego will play no role in marketing event. Company to make all
arrangements and payments directly with hotel and/or third party
vendors.

Please note: Payment is due in full prior to the start of the
program and no refunds will be issued for cancellations. Credit Card is
the preferred method of payment. Exhibitors who fail to provide full payment prior to the start of the event will not be allowed onsite to exhibit.
