Covid-19 Health & Safety
We follow state and local guidelines and protocols related to COVID-19 safety measures. Due to the high risk for transmission in indoor settings, attendees will be required to wear a facemask, regardless of vaccination status.  Individuals who fail to comply will not be able to participate.  In such a situation, no refunds of registration fees or other venue/travel related expenses will be provided.

A key method to reduce transmission at both indoor and outdoor events is to verify that attendees are fully vaccinated or have recently tested negative for COVID-19.

We expect all attendees of this educational activity to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or agree to take a COVID-test within 48 hours of the start of the event.  All attendees should be prepared to provide evidence of vaccination status, or negative test results, if asked to do so by conference organizers.
