Cancellation Policy: The full course tuition is refundable, less $50 if your cancellation is received in writing, on or before February 17, 2023. No refunds will be allowed after this date.
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled, UC San Diego is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee.
The 2023 Apheresis Conference syllabus will be available electronically. The full course syllabus as well as any missing presentations will be available for download on the conference website approximately (1) one week after the conference.
