Covid-19 Health & Safety: We follow state and local guidelines and protocols related to COVID-19 safety measures. Due to the high risk for transmission in indoor settings, attendees may be required to wear a facemask, regardless of vaccination status. Individuals who fail to comply will not be able to participate. In such a situation, no refunds of registration fees or other venue/travel related expenses will be provided. The risk of spreading COVID-19 is decreased when all parties are vaccinated. Vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result verification, remains an important strategy to reduce transmission.  We expect all attendees of in-person activities to be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, or agree to take a COVID-test within 48 hours of the start of the event. All attendees should be prepared to provide evidence of vaccination status, or negative test results, if asked to do so by activity organizers. We reserve the right to update COVID related expectations at any time, should local and state guidelines change and prevailing COVID rates increase.
