How do I get my CME Certificate for attending a conference?

Instructions for obtaining your CME Certificate will be provided during the conference. Most conferences will instruct you to go online to complete your evaluation and claim your credit. However, some events may have you sign out for your credits on the last day of the program. See the program organizer for further details.

What if I forgot to claim my credit?

You can request a certificate by contacting our office at ocme@health.ucsd.edu. Include the name and date of the conference and number and type of credits you are claiming and we will send you a certificate.
